Most pretty websites
don't bring in customers.

Not every website is built the same way. There are still agencies that refuse to modernize how they build sites. There are plenty that reuse templates and forget to optimize. The hard part isn't building it…

What we do.

At ZERO Pixel we build your site by 3 golden rules. The result? A site that brings you customers and isn't just another cost on the books.

  1. 01SEO

If you don't show up on Google, you don't exist.

Your new customers search you on Google before picking up the phone. If you don't show up (first in the results, first on the map) you don't exist to them. Good SEO isn't magic or keyword tricks: it's the difference between those customers reaching you or reaching your competition.

    Traffic that turns into customers.

Traffic brings visitors. Conversion turns them into customers. Our work doesn't end when your visits go up. It ends when those visitors write, call, or walk into your business. Technology serving relationships, not vanity numbers.

    • Audience research and real-query investigation
    • Keyword and content strategy aligned to the business
    • Monthly reports with KPIs that matter, not vanity metrics

    Stay ahead of your competition.

In any industry, your competition is doing SEO too, or about to start. We monitor what the businesses ranking for your terms are doing, what's changing in the algorithms, and what new opportunities open up. So you don't find out in six months, after you've already lost positions that took months to earn.

    • Monthly competitor analysis on Google results
    • Monitoring of algorithm changes and SERP shifts
    • Detection of new content and keyword opportunities

    Technical foundations that don't fail.

Technical SEO is necessary but not sufficient. Without it, nothing works. With it alone, you don't get far. We make sure the foundations are solid (fast, indexable, structured) and we build strategy and content on top.

    • Full technical audits
    • Site migrations and redesigns without losing positions
    • Continuous site-health monitoring
    • Flexible consulting when you need it, no mandatory package

In SEO there are factors outside your control: how Google decides to rank, when the rules change, what the competition does. What you do control is having a strategy built on real data instead of assumptions.

    Without measurement, you're guessing.

Everyone has data. The difference is how you use it to make decisions that actually change the business. Connecting analytics well isn't about installing thirty tools. It's about measuring the five or seven things that move the needle, and delivering reports that get read and lead to action.

    Measurement connected to the business.

Without measurement connected to the business, the site is a black box. We connect analytics so every number answers a real business question, not to fill pretty dashboards nobody opens.

    • Google Analytics 4 with custom events configured
    • Search Console linked and conversions tracked (form, WhatsApp, phone)
    • Looker Studio dashboard with the KPIs that matter
    • Every access credential in your name from day one

Reports that get read, decisions that get made.

A report nobody reads is wasted time. A report that explains what changed, why, and what to do next week, that's useful analytics.

    • Monthly PDF report, in Spanish
    • Prioritized insights: what needs attention and what can wait
    • Recommendations based on data, not intuition
    • Quarterly strategy review with you

Continuous tuning, not a one-time audit.

Analytics only matters if it leads to changes. Every month we review which pages work, which sources bring customers who actually buy, which content converts best, and we adjust.

    • Identification of high- and low-performing pages
    • Analysis of traffic sources and visitor quality
    • A/B testing on key elements (headlines, calls to action)
    • Continuous optimization based on data

Measurement without action is accounting. Measurement that changes decisions, that's analytics.

  3. 03AI Ops

Agents that work when you can't.

Between 30 and 40% of WhatsApp leads arrive outside business hours. Receptionists cover 9 to 7; reality covers 24/7. We build autonomous agents that capture, qualify and book on autopilot, generate expert-reviewed content, and monitor the competition while you sleep.

    After-hours lead capture.

A 24/7 agent on WhatsApp Business that answers frequent questions, qualifies intent, captures prospect data and books directly on your calendar if you authorize it. Every conversation is logged for audit. LFPDPPP compliance and AI disclosure built in from the first message.

    • Answers to service and pricing FAQs (with mandatory disclaimer)
    • Intent and urgency qualification via structured conversation
    • Booking on Google Calendar, Cal.com or your own calendar
    • Escalation to humans on complex or high-value inquiries
    • Full logging to Supabase for audit

    Editorial pipeline with expert review.

Generates bilingual drafts of local pages with semantic HTML, schema and keywords already injected. Drafts NEVER publish on their own: they require sign-off from the client's expert (doctor, lawyer, owner) with their professional license when applicable. Four reviewed pages per month, not twenty generic pages no one reads.

    • Bilingual ES/EN drafts saved to the Payload CMS dashboard
    • Schema, FAQ and structured data injected automatically
    • Expert sign-off with license number in every page footer
    • 4 reviewed pages per month included; extras billed separately
    • Zero content published without human eyes

    Weekly market defense.

Watches your top 5 competitors: Google Business changes, keyword rankings, new offerings, public price changes. Delivers a weekly digest with recommended responses from a playbook we build during onboarding. Move from reactive to ahead of the curve.

    • GBP monitoring across 5 competitors (reviews, ratings, changes)
    • Competitor keyword tracking via DataForSEO API
    • Detection of new offerings and public price changes
    • Weekly digest with recommended responses
    • Weekly cadence (daily is overkill and 5x the cost)

If 2 after-hours leads per month convert to $15,000 MXN consultations, the agent pays for itself 3.75x over. Most clinics get 30 to 50 nighttime pings per month. The math is not subtle.

Available as Enterprise add-on · activates 30 days after launch

This always ships. On every project, for every client.

The standard

Five things that ship with every project.

Tier doesn't matter, price doesn't matter. Every paid site that goes out meets these five minimums. If an agency can't guarantee them, they're selling something else.

  1. 01

    Bilingual native with hreflang.

Everything in ES/EN from day one, with correct hreflang tags so Google serves the right language in each country. Not retrofit translation — bilingual structure from the start.

  2. 02

    Lighthouse 90+ guaranteed.

Mobile and desktop. No exceptions on paid tiers. If your site doesn't load fast, the other factors (SEO, conversion, analytics) don't matter.

  3. 03

    Next.js · Vercel · Supabase.

Modern stack, deployed to the global edge. No WordPress, no legacy templates, no plugins that break on the next update. Speed and maintainability by default.

  4. 04

    You own the source code.

All paid tiers deliver full source to your private GitHub organization at launch. No lock-in contracts. If you decide to leave, you leave with everything.

  5. 05

    LFPDPPP from day one.

Full compliance with Mexico's Federal Law for Personal Data Protection: consent banner, privacy policy and data processing agreement signed at contract signing.

Border

Built for both sides.

Ciudad Juárez and El Paso are one market with two currencies, two languages and two legal systems. Your site has to recognize that from the first line of code.

  1. 01

    Bilingual SEO with geo-targeting.

Correct hreflang so Google serves ES in MX and EN in the US off the same domain. No duplicate-content penalties, no keyword cannibalization between versions.

  2. 02

Pricing and invoicing in MXN or USD.

Currency toggle on sites that need it. IVA invoicing for MX clients, US invoicing for US clients. Stop converting in your head every time someone asks the price.

  3. 03

    Edge delivery on both sides.

Vercel serves from the nearest edge: instant in CdJ and in El Paso, no matter which side asks. The border shouldn't cost you 800ms of latency.

  4. 04

    Phone and WhatsApp routing.

Setup so calls and messages reach the right person depending on which side of the border. Without your customer having to guess which number to dial.

The filter

Five questions for any agency.

If an agency stumbles on any of these, keep looking.

  1. 01

Will you set up my Google Business Profile? Will you hand it over with owner access?

Without this, you don't appear on the map. And if the agency keeps the access, you depend on them for every future change.

  2. 02

What Lighthouse score should I expect on mobile?

If the agency doesn't know what Lighthouse is, they're not optimizing for mobile. If they say "around 80," ask what their last client's score was.

  3. 03

Will my site have a sitemap, robots.txt, and structured data?

These are the three basic files for Google to understand your site. They're missing in most of the sites we audit.

  4. 04

Will you connect Analytics and Search Console? Who's going to have access?

Without these two tools, you're paying blindly. And the access should be in your name, not the agency's.

  5. 05

When will I see the first report? In what language and format?

If the answer is "no report included" or "depends on the package," you're buying an incomplete site.

Most agencies sell you a website. I deliver a system: the site, the measurement, the report, and the person who's going to tune it next month. Building a site without the rest is just decoration.

Frequently asked

What people actually ask us.

  1. 01

How long until I show up on Google?

Initial indexing: 1 to 7 days. Sustained ranking on competitive terms: 3 to 6 months. If anyone promises you first-page in 30 days, they're either selling smoke or paying for ads.

  2. 02

Why do you cost more than Wix or Squarespace?

Wix charges $200 USD a year for a template shared with another 50,000 sites. We charge for a bespoke site, with code you own, configured for SEO from day one. If all you need is a basic presence, Wix works. If you need the site to bring you customers, it doesn't.

  3. 03

What happens to my site if I decide not to continue the maintenance?

The site is still yours. The code is handed over, the hosting is in your name, the access credentials are in your name. No lock-in. If you leave, you leave with everything.

  4. 04

Do you also work in English?

Yes. Bilingual ES/EN sites with correct hreflang so Google distinguishes the versions. If your audience is in English-speaking markets, your site shows up for searches in both languages.

  5. 05

Do you maintain sites you didn't build?

Case by case. If the site is on WordPress with a template and plugins, we'll recommend rebuilding before maintaining. It's cheaper in the long run. If it's on clean code, we can take it on.

  6. 06

How many new clients do you take on per month?

Two. No more. If the schedule is full, we'll tell you when the next slot opens instead of taking you on and shipping bad work.

Already have a site?

We'll tell you what's missing. Free.

We audit your current site against the five questions above. We deliver a PDF with what's working, what's missing, and how expensive it would be to fix. No commitment. No hard sell.
